A workshop entitled Methods and Applications of Hybrid QM/MM Simulations to Biomolecular Systems to be held at the Bioinformatics Institute in Singapore. The Dynamo library is to be used in some of the practical sessions.

Second edition of the Dynamo book published.

First version of the pDynamo web site made available online. The website was built using the Firefox 2 web browser running under Linux and appears very similar when viewed with the following browser/operating system combinations: Firefox/MAC OS-X and Windows; Opera 9/Linux, MAC OS-X and Windows; Safari/MAC OS-X and Windows. The website is also readable with Internet Explorer 6 on machines running Windows, but the format differences are larger.
