2022

29th November 2022

A paper describing pDynamo3, the first publicly accessible Python 3 version of pDynamo, has been published [Link] and the code has been released on GitHub [Link].

2021

March 2021

A Python 3 compatible version of pDynamo has been sent out to developers for comments and testing, and will be released in due course. At the same time the website is being updated to prepare for the new version.

A lecture course on QM/MM methods is being held in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Alberta. pDynamo is being used for the practicals.

Second edition of the Dynamo book published.

23rd July 2007

First version of the pDynamo web site made available online. The website was built using the Firefox 2 web browser running under Linux and appears very similar when viewed with the following browser/operating system combinations: Firefox/MAC OS-X and Windows; Opera 9/Linux, MAC OS-X and Windows; Safari/MAC OS-X and Windows. The website is also readable with Internet Explorer 6 on machines running Windows, but the format differences are larger.
